Urgent required HR Admin Assistant for our Holding.

Responsibilities.

• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitor
• Prepares invoices, purchase orders, quotations, basic budgeting
• Will handle payable to Ooredoo & Kharama
• Carries out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication visa phone, email and mail.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking & written)
• Must have knowledge in accounting
• Flexible to work longer hours if required
• MS Office Proficiency ( Excel - Vlook up, Pivot Table, Power Point, Word)
• Mandatory working experience in Holding Company
• Must be locally available in QATAR
• with valid Qatar ID

• Transferable Qatar ID (Required)
