Elite Medical Center- Qatar is looking for the following candidate:
1. HR Assistant
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR within a healthcare environment, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies
-Responsible for evaluation and Licensing in DHP and all paperwork's for Nurses, Allied Health Practitioners and Physicians. Responsible submitting privilege for doctors.
-Responsible for renewal of Healthcare license
-Experience in MOPH applications and it is required to have experience in MOPH communications.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar HR role, within the healthcare sector.
-Knowledge of local labor laws and healthcare regulations, licensing renewal procedures and practitioner QCHP licensing process.
