HR Recruitment Specialist

1- Job Summary
  • The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for the company, ensuring that qualified candidates are matched with appropriate positions. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements, while maintaining a positive employer brand.
2- Key Responsibilities
2.1. Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
2.2. Sourcing and Candidate Management:
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage applications and keep candidates updated.
2.3. Interviewing and Assessment:
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in designing and updating assessment tools, including tests, questionnaires, and interview guides.
2.4. Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Develop relationships with universities, professional networks, and other organizations to source potential candidates.
2.5. Data and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and applicant demographics
2.6. Compliance:
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all candidate data.
3- Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and employment law.
4- Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
5- Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in recruitment (e.g., Linked In Recruiter,...) are a plus.
  • Experience in the Trading & Contracting sector is preferred.
