Job Summary:
Hydro Mechanical Engineer will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of hydro-mechanical systems in large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to):

• Monitor hydro-mechanical installations, including pipelines, pumps, valves, and associated infrastructure.
• Assess and validate design plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure work adheres to industry standards and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct inspections to verify the quality and functionality of installations, adhering to industry codes and safety guidelines.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during and after installation, optimizing system performance.
• Provide regular progress reports, identify issues, and suggest corrective measures.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to maintain project alignment
• Create and analyze designs for hydro-mechanical components such as gates, valves, and turbines.
• Oversee installation and commissioning phases, ensuring quality and functionality.
• Conduct system testing and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of processes, designs, and reports.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar construction projects.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines for water resource projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software & strong understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Experience in Balkan Region is an advantage

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise in hydraulic systems, turbines, gates, valves, and pumps.
• Ability to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance.
