Job Summary: As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, industry trends, and potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce the company's services and solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist senior business development executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Great networking skills.
