Junior Estimation Engineer

- Review Project Documents: Examine project documents for completeness, accuracy, and clarity. Resolve any ambiguities or discrepancies before submitting proposals, ensuring that the intent of the proposal is clear and well-defined.
- Generate In-House Takeoffs: Perform detailed take-offs for materials and labor for various scopes of work. Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets to track and organize the data.
- Material Take-offs & Cost Research: Conduct thorough material take-offs, researching past costs and market trends. Develop a comprehensive construction sequence and timeline based on the scope of the project.
- Develop Project Budgets: Based on historical data and minimal design information, create accurate project budgets and conceptual-level estimates to guide project planning and decision-making.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the steel industry, specifically in project estimation or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Certifications: The candidate must have a valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) for employment
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
