Job Summary:
A Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing electrical engineering projects. They provide technical guidance to the electrical team ensure the delivery of innovative and sustainable electrical engineering solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to):

• Review and approve electrical design drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to electrical design standards, codes, and regulations.
• Lead and manage electrical engineering aspects of complex projects.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Develop innovative electrical design solutions that meet client requirements.
• Interact with clients to understand their electrical needs and expectations.
• Present electrical design concepts and recommendations effectively.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of electrical design deliverables.
• Maintaining compliance with electrical design standards, codes, and regulations.
• Overseeing electrical engineering aspects of projects.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of electrical design deliverables.
• Conducting quality control checks and inspections.
• Implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Quality department requirements and Audits.
• Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Business development & tenders management activities

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 15-20 years of experience in electrical engineering design.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, power systems, and equipment.
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Auto CAD Electrical Power Tools).
Project management certification
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards.
Required Skills:

• Proficiency in electrical design software
• Knowledge of relevant electrical design standards and codes
• Proficiency in analysis tools (e.g., short circuit analysis, load flow analysis).
• A creative mindset to develop innovative electrical design solutions.
