Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Material Engineer to oversee the selection, testing, and quality control of materials used in our carpentry projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that materials meet safety, durability, and aesthetic standards, aligning with our luxury furniture business's requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and select materials suitable for carpentry projects.
• Conduct tests and analyses to ensure material quality and performance.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop material specifications.
• Monitor material usage and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in material science.
• Maintain documentation related to material properties and testing results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in material testing and quality assurance within the construction or furniture industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in material analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
