MULTI-TECHNICIAN (FM DIVISION)
Location: Pearl Qatar
Contract: One (1) year contract
Duty hours: 10 hours (Including 1 hour break) - 6 days / week
Job Purpose:
To Perform the Operation, Maintenance, Trouble shooting and repairing activity of the HVAC & Electrical equipment in the facilities management and casual job project.
Job Description:

• Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of the HVAC & Electrical equipment’s mainly in AHU, FCU, Fans, Pumps, DX units, HVAC panels and controls, Distribution boards, SMDBs, MCC, Lighting controls, exhaust fans
• Hands on experience in repairing and fault rectification of AHU, FCU, Fans, Pumps, DX units, HVAC panels and controls along with copper brazing, Refrigerant charging, Compressor installation and controls repair
• Carry out minor plumbing maintenance work, such as repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures
• Need experience in chilled water pipes, Ducts, Valves, and Insulation, SMDBs, DBs, MCC, exhaust fans, lighting controls
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Carry out electrical maintenance work, such as repair or replacement of fixtures, including wall switches and outlets, ballast, incandescent and fluorescent tubes and bulbs, fuses, sockets and repairs etc., by applying the right tools

Requirements:

• Any nationality - ITI or Diploma in relevant field
• Industry Experience : 8 years out of which 5 years’ experience in the Middle East
• GCC experience preferred
• Good English Communication Skills
• Residing in Qatar with valid QID
• Immediate joiner
• Salary is open and negotiable
