We are urgently looking for a skilled Product Engineer / Quality Controller to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our product development and quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design & Development Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the product design and development processes, ensuring alignment with both technical specifications and quality requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks on materials, components, and final products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
• Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues, ensuring materials and parts meet the necessary specifications and requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in production techniques and quality standards to optimize efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance product performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in product engineering, quality control, or a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or product development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with both internal teams and external suppliers.
