Job Summary:
Project Manager/Architect is to plan construction/ Design project and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost- effective manner. Will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects & supervision team management.
Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to):
Oversee and direct Construction projects from commencement to completion.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Develop and Control comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and other consultants.
Coordinate with relevant authorities during project construction to ensure meeting their requirements.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Review and present project reports to clients and internal stakeholders..
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage project budgets and financial performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
Coordinate with Project Team in regards to ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Monitor construction projects and contractual regulations for occupational health and environmental protection according to "HSE Program Site.
Oversee and direct Construction projects from commencement to completion.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Quality department requirements and Audits.
Provide the support and cooperation in regard to the Business development & tenders management activities
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
UPDA Grade A
PMP Certification
Minimum 15 plus Years’ proven working experience in construction management
Preferably previous experience of projects in the Middle East
Site based construction experience
