Project Duration:- 1 Month & Ext
Salary:- 7000 QAR
Working Hr/Day:- 10 Hr/6 days
Location:- Lusail, Qatar
Locally available candidates with valid QID
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing contract documents, including tender documents, contracts, and subcontracts, and negotiating with suppliers and contractors to ensure that the best value is obtained for materials and services.
- Reviewing and analyzing construction plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure that they are accurate and complete.
- Monitoring and managing construction contracts, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, and making recommendations for cost savings where possible.
- Conducting cost value reconciliation, preparing final accounts, and negotiating any differences with contractors
- Preparing and submitting invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Ensuring that construction contracts are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
- Maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date records of contracts, subcontracts, and cost estimates.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in contract administration and cost estimation.
- Experience- 5 - 8 years of experience.
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
