Quantity Surveyor: Civil
Experience:- 5-8 Years (Infrastructure project experience mandatory)

Salary:- 7000 QAR
Working Hr/Day:- 10 Hr/6 days
Location:- Lusail, Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing contract documents, including tender documents, contracts, and subcontracts, and negotiating with suppliers and contractors to ensure that the best value is obtained for materials and services.
• Reviewing and analyzing construction plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure that they are accurate and complete.
• Monitoring and managing construction contracts, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, and making recommendations for cost savings where possible.
• Conducting cost value reconciliation, preparing final accounts, and negotiating any differences with contractors
• Preparing and submitting invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Ensuring that construction contracts are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
• Maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date records of contracts, subcontracts, and cost estimates.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in contract administration and cost estimation.
• Experience- 5 - 8 years of experience.
