Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on our property portfolio, understanding the unique features and benefits of each space.
- Proactively build relationships with potential tenants, showcasing retail offerings as the perfect fit for their business needs.
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the value proposition to generate leasing interest.
- Navigate the full leasing cycle, from initial introductions to final documentation and handover.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience for both tenants and the company.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably with a focus on retail spaces.
- Proven track record of exceeding leasing targets and achieving successful client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strong understanding of retail market trends and tenant needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Locally available in Qatar with immediate availability.
- Valid QID, QDL, and NOC required.
Experience:
- retail leasing: 1 year (Required)
- Qatar driving license (Required)
- Doha (Required)
