Sales Engineer HVAC

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Utilize your extensive sales experience to develop and execute a robust sales strategy for promoting our HVAC solutions. Identify and prioritize opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations to close deals
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Conduct site audits, suggest improvements, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Market Expansion: Focus on new construction projects and existing installations to drive business growth. Aim to achieve defined sales volumes and expand our customer base
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Regularly update sales tools and provide accurate forecasts
- Long-term Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships. Stay self-motivated to drive growth in your territory
What we look for
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven success in selling HVAC products, specifically Chillers, CWS (Chilled Water Systems), AHUs, and FCUs in the Qatar market
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop sales strategies, and close deals. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Determined, results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid Qatar Driving License
