We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Executive with an engineering background, experience in trading, and knowledge of procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales experience, including familiarity with sourcing and procurement within industrial or engineering sectors. This role combines technical knowledge, sales expertise, and procurement insight to strengthen client relationships and support efficient product sourcing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, particularly within trading and procurement sectors.
• Identify and engage prospective clients, understanding their specific engineering and technical needs to provide customized solutions.
• Leverage engineering expertise to clearly communicate product specifications and ensure compatibility with client requirements.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality products, negotiate terms with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery for clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, pricing, and sourcing opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and provide technical support, ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to post-sales support.
• Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and orders, with a focus on building long-term client partnerships.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track pipeline activities, and generate regular performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, with experience in the trading sector and basic knowledge of procurement processes.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of engineering products, trading practices, and procurement essentials.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong sales record with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Procurement Skills: Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation is an asset.
• Other Requirements:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid Qatar driver’s license.
