Sales Manager

Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the business development and sales efforts for our company. This role will focus on selling soft services (such as cleaning, landscaping, and pest control) and hard services (such as HVAC maintenance, electrical, and plumbing services) to clients in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share in Qatar's facility management sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions for their facility management needs.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue from both soft and hard services.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs, adapting sales approaches accordingly.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable deals.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and activity reports, regularly updating management on sales performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferably in facility management industry or hotels.
  • Should hold a valid QID and Qatari driving license
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of facility management services, including both soft and hard services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A technical background in facility management is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and competition.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Location: Based in Qatar, with a willingness to travel within the region as needed.
