Sales Representative (Arabic)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Facility Management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. A valid driving license and personal car are essential for this role, as the job involves frequent travel to meet clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Facility Management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. A valid driving license and personal car are essential for this role, as the job involves frequent travel to meet clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their facility management needs.
- Promote and sell the company's services, including maintenance, cleaning, HVAC, and other facility management services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations with potential and existing clients.
- Provide detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in line with company policy.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the Facility Management industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Knowledge of local market trends and regulations in the facility management industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM systems.
- Fluent in [English] and [any other required languages].
- Experience in selling facility management services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
- Existing client network within the industry.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
