Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Service Engineer with a strong background in chemical sales to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, offering technical expertise, and providing after-sales support for our chemical products and solutions. This position requires a unique blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge of chemicals and their applications, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the chemical industry.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored chemical solutions.
• Present and promote the company’s chemical products and services to potential and existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets and growth objectives by developing strategic sales plans.
• Technical Support & Service:
• Provide technical support and advice on chemical products, ensuring they meet the client’s operational requirements.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and offer troubleshooting services related to product performance.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of chemical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Offer ongoing technical training to clients, ensuring proper use and handling of chemical products.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new chemical technologies to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in chemical sales and technical service, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of chemical products, their applications, and industry-specific challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and travel to customer locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial chemicals or specialty chemicals sales.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards for chemical handling and usage.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
