Sales/Estimation Executive
Working Hours & Days 9 hours + 1- hour LB,6 days a week
1. Work with Soft FM Tenders and generate other enquiries.
2. Establish efficient solution for soft services related matters.
3. Attend site surveys and coordinate for estimation and submission of proposals.
4. Coordinate with specialist services like Pest Control, Façade cleaning, Waste Management etc for pricing
requirement.
5. Review tender documents and ensure timely submission in line with the tender.
6. Secure Order Book as per yearly budgeted objectives.
7. Establish relations with new clients
8. Internal Work Relationships within Group:
a) Compliance with all HSE regulations
b) Compliance with Procurement and Finance Process
9. External Work Relationship within Group:
a) Establish good relationship with customers and subcontractors
10. Education Qualification:
a) Bachelor of Science / College graduate
b) BICSs certification
11. Experience:
a) Currently holds a Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
b) Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working Sales and Business development in SFM Industry
c) Experience in Qatar SFM Industry
d) Knowledgeable on cleaning machinery, tools, chemicals on various range including suppliers and brands
e) Good information on vendors/service providers for SFM
f) Able to provide cleaning solution and allocation and budgetary forecasting and bench marking
g) Exposure to a multicultural environment
