Van Sales Supervisor - Commerce

JOB PURPOSE
To improve the numeric and weighted distribution of each brand/sku in the traditional trade (groceries/tea shops), through Van sales, whereby orders and deliveries are generated and executed at the same time. In this channel, the salesman also functions as the driver, deliveryman and merchandiser.
KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
Experience:

KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
- To always maintain harmonious PR with trade & team and prompt & efficient customer service
- 100% compliance with journey plans
- Participate in all team-working and always be an effective team player.
- To achieve set KPIs on Coverage, Productivity, Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms).
- Frequently evaluate route efficiencies, to achieve targeted productivity measures set per van/route
- To achieve targeted numeric and weighted distribution per brand/sku
- Ensure van load grams are always maintained
- To secure our primary visibility in category (as above) and explore secondary visibility opportunities to have dominance.
- To ensure all-round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical skus in every outlet with adequate stock pressure.
- To manage trade-returns within agreed levels.
- To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for the liquidation of same, after diligently following FIFO.
- To ensure all listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets.
- To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them.
- To execute all promotional/activation etc. as per targeted norms/timelines.
- Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends
- To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc.)
- To rigorously follow all SOPs with regard to Van maintenance, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, timing etc.).
- Graduate or undergraduate
- Minimum 1 years of Qatar experience in Van sales supervision or 2 years as VSR
- Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.
- Line management and good numerical skills
- Training & Coaching skills
- Below 35 years with good fitness levels.
- Good communication skills (particularly Listening) in English, Malayalam (& preferably Hindi).
- Qatar driving license
- Quick learner with strong perseverance skills.
- Good eye for opportunities (new space/listings etc.)
- Efficient, Result-Oriented with good Problem-Solving skills
- Dynamic & Energetic team player with an open, positive & curious mind
- Very communicative, convincing and expressive.
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
