What you'll be doing
What you'll bring along
- Design and Modeling: Create 3D models and assemblies using CATIA within the 3DExperience platform. Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative and optimized product designs.
- PLM Implementation: Implement and configure ENOVIA for effective product data management and version control. Customize ENOVIA workflows to align with the organization's product development processes.
- Simulation and Analysis: Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation using SIMULIA to validate and optimize product designs. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance through simulation.
- Digital Manufacturing: Utilize DELMIA for digital manufacturing, process planning, and factory layout design. Simulate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Integration and Data Management: Integrate CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, and DELMIA modules for seamless data exchange. Manage and maintain the integrity of product data throughout the lifecycle.
- Customization and Automation: Customize and script within the 3DExperience platform to automate repetitive tasks. Develop macros and scripts to enhance the efficiency of engineering processes.
- Collaboration and Project Management: Use collaboration tools within the 3DExperience platform to facilitate real-time communication among team members. Leverage project management features for planning, tracking, and managing engineering projects.
- Training and Support: Provide training sessions to team members on the effective use of the 3DExperience platform. Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance for users encountering issues.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes within the 3DExperience platform.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements within the 3DExperience platform. Explore new functionalities and tools that can enhance the efficiency of engineering workflows.
What you'll bring along
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Dassault 3DExperience engineer specialist with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- 3DExperience Platform: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience platform. Proficiency in utilizing various modules of 3DExperience, including but not limited to CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, and DELMIA.
- CAD Design and Modeling: Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) using CATIA within the 3DExperience platform. Ability to create complex 3D models, assemblies, and parametric designs.
- PLM (Product Lifecycle Management): Familiarity with PLM concepts and experience with ENOVIA for managing product data throughout its lifecycle. Ability to configure and customize ENOVIA workflows to align with organizational processes.
- Simulation and Analysis: Proficient in using SIMULIA for finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tasks. Experience in validating and optimizing product designs through simulation and analysis.
- Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of DELMIA for digital manufacturing, process planning, and factory layout design within the 3DExperience platform. Ability to simulate and optimize manufacturing processes using DELMIA tools.
- Integration and Collaboration: Experience in integrating different modules within the 3DExperience platform for seamless collaboration. Familiarity with data exchange and integration between CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA, and DELMIA.
- Customization and Scripting: Ability to customize and script within the 3DExperience platform using languages such as TCL, VBScript, or Python. Experience in creating macros and automating repetitive tasks.
- Project Management: Knowledge of project management tools and functionalities within the 3DExperience platform. Ability to use project management features to track and manage engineering projects.
- Training and Support: Provide training to team members on the effective use of the 3DExperience platform. Offer technical support and troubleshooting for users encountering issues with the platform.
- Collaboration Tools:Familiarity with collaboration tools within the 3DExperience platform for real-time collaboration and communication.
