Account Manager for ERP Solutions, BI & CRM

Some of your responsibilities would be:
- Manage existing clients portfolio for ERP, BI & CRM solutions;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by spending time close to them, understanding their needs and identifying business opportunities;
- Achieve revenue growth by overseeing the complete sales-implementation cycle for the allocated accounts;
- Coach, advise and work closely with the implementation, product, postimplementation & support teams;
- Maintain an excellent level of knowledge within the allocated industries – functional processes and best practices.
- Proven track record in sales and negotiations within the ERP, BI, or CRM industry.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Expertise in negotiating and closing complex commercial deals related to ERP, BI, or CRM implementations.
- In-depth technical understanding of ERP, BI, and CRM technologies.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborative team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices in ERP, BI, and CRM adoption.
