What will you do:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
• Ensuring that all medical leave documentation is accurate and complete;
• Communicate with public services;
• Administration of Edenred cards, including meal, holiday, and gift vouchers;
• Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries regarding benefit cards and vouchers;
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data;
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports;
• Prepare and distribute email communications about legal changes, reminders, and awareness sessions for new employees.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven relevant experience;
• Basic knowledge of labor law;
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office software including Outlook and Excel,
• Organizational and administrative skills;
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
• Enthusiastic about expanding knowledge in the HR domain
• Good English knowledge.
