- Maintains and updates the employee record from the point of view of the image;
- Trains employees on image requirements;
- Recommends and follows the implementation of image changes requested by employees or by the company;
- Review the image of each new employee before the first entrances to the studio;
- Creates written materials and procedures regarding the image;
- Performs image tests for different projects in studios;
- Communicate on specialized communication channels relevant information regarding the image of employees;
- Checks and updates the files dedicated to the image of employees;
- Coordinates and supports the sessions for the presentation of the companies' standards guide, as well as the practical workshops.
-
English: intermediate - advanced;
- PC literate;
- Make-up / hairstyling diploma accredited by the Ministry of Labour;
- At least 1 year experience in the Appearance Department;
- Hairstyling;
- Exceptional presentation skills;
- Communication and self-control skills;
- Attention skills;
- Able to deal with different types of characters, personalities and cultures.
