Job Description:
We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as AR Specialist based in Pitesti, Romania
(E-Systems Division).

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international and fast growing environment, reporting directly to Finance Administrative Manager.

The duties will include but not be limited to:

• issues and records in the accounts the invoices to internal customers according to the contracts in force;
• issues and records in the accounts external invoices according to orders issued by external customers;
• checks the invoices issued to other Lear entities and confirms the balances with them at the end of each month (IC Lear);
• manages the SBI (Sale Billing Invoices) flow together with Lear BV (checks how the deliveries have been confirmed in the system in accordance with the order price and quantity, posts the invoices automatically integrated in the system through EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) messages, checks the accounting notes generated in the system
• maintains a permanent contact with customers by accessing their websites (customer portal) and/or through Lear BV to ensure timely collection of invoices issued
• obtain proof of deliveries from the Logistics Department and send it to the customers, upon their request;
• issues and records in accounting (according to Romanian and European legislation) invoices for the recovery of investments from the client
• issues and records in the accounts cost recovery invoices from customers
• issues and registers in accounting, in accordance with Romanian and European legislation, invoices for the sale of fixed assets
• tracks and reports receivables according to due dates of invoices
• compiles and checks the Sales Journal
• ensure correct and timely provision of documents requested by external and internal auditors

Required skills:
A track record of success working in international automotive companies is ideal, preferably with a background in a manufacturing environment.
It goes without saying that you should have a methodical approach, effective communicator, to have problem solving ability and to be able to work under pressure.
Ideally, you’ll have a University degree in Economics field and knowledge of:

• MS Office
• English advanced level (both written and spoken)
