Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Agent
Location: Bucharest, Romania
What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat in [English] and proficient in any one of the additional languages [Deutsch & French]
• Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in English and any one of the following European Language Deutsch & French.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
