We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits department in Marsh as Client Account Handler. This role will be based in Timisoara, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Client Account Handler

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a client portfolio across various insurance lines. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure the highest level of service and compliance with Marsh's standards and procedures.

What can you expect:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and administration.
  
• Respond to client requests for insurance, policy renewals, and consultancy services.
  
• Resolve client account issues and ensure timely and appropriate communication with clients.
  
• Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with our international network to administer global programs when necessary.
  
• Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
  
• Developing and promoting products / consulting services in the area of employee benefits
  

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration or Communication etc.’
  
• At least 2 years experience in Insurance/Brokerage/Banking/Finance/Clinics
  
• Experience in client relationship management and administration.
  
• Strong customer service orientation.
  
• Verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to Romanian.
  

• Computer proficient, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  
• Strong communicative skills, analytical thinking, problem solver, attention to details, organized, with a good self-discipline, with initiative; ability to meet tight deadlines
  
• Team spirit, willing to learn new things, persuasive, proactive.
  
• A driver's license is nice to have.
