The role of the Client Support Representative in Health Insurance is to provide assistance and guidance to clients regarding their insurance coverage. Client Support professionals in Health Insurance play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them navigate the complexities of the insurance system.

What can you expect?

• Receiving requests from customers, by phone and email
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, explaining insurance policies and procedures, assisting with claims processing, and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits
• Tracking the resolution of claims files
• Recording interactions in the database
• Preparation of reports

What you need to have:

• Experience in customer relations, in the medical field - minimum 6 months
• Insurance knowledge/experience is a plus
• Higher education
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Knowledge of English (at least intermediate level)
• Good understanding of new technologies and a genuine curiosity in this area.
• Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills
• Good conflict management skills
• Positive attitude and customer orientation
• Initiative and enthusiasm
