Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with contracts and acts signed with customers.
• Complete client questionnaires on ethics and compliance principles.
• Stay updated on legal regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Evaluate suppliers and customers according to due diligence procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing on compliance issues.
• Conduct annual compliance training for employees.
• Develop and review annual compliance plans.
• Maintain certifications such as ISO standards and SOC 2.
• Manage response to security incidents and personal data violations.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Engineering;
• Minimum 4 years of relevant risk and compliance experience in a reputable international consulting company or relevant professional experience within a Financial Services company;
• Deep experience in developing plans which are detailed, actionable and aligned with industry best practices;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English) with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels;
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
