- Verifici si te asiguri de intocmirea zilnica si corecta de catre responsabilii din magazine a Registrelor de casa pentru un numar de magazine alocate de catre superiorul direct;
- Verifici inregistrarea in sistemul contabil al vanzarilor, conform rapoartelor fiscale pentru magazinele alocate;
- Verifici documentele justificative, precum si existenta aprobarilor in concordanta cu procedurile companiei pentru cheltuielile cu numerar efectuate in magazinele alocate;
- Verifici documentele justificative si inregistrezi in sistemul contabil platile efectuate cu numerar, depunerile de numerar la banca si alimentarile cu moneda pentru magazinele alocate;
- Inregistrezi in sistemul contabil diferentele constatate la numaratoarea firmelor de tichete pentru magazinele alocate si te asiguri ca se regleaza in registrul de casa al magazinelor;
- Intocmesti rapoartele standard solicitate de catre managementul companie.
Care este profilul pe care îl căutăm:
- Absolvent de studii superioare (cu bacalaureat);
- Experienta anterioara similara (in domeniul contabil) reprezinta un avantaj;
- Cunostinte MS Office (Excel, Outlook) si SAP;
- Excelente abilitati dе comunicare, organizare;
- Lucru in echipa, Atitudine pro-activa;
- Orientare catre rezultate.
