Position summary:

The Control Room Operator is responsible for supervising and verifying operational activities in accordance with organizational procedures to ensure seamless studio functionality. This role involves maintaining company-imposed game standards, promptly addressing and resolving table calls to minimize downtime, and assisting with the opening and closing of tables. Staying informed on company procedures and strategies is essential to maintaining seamless workflows and addressing challenges effectively.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organization Matrix;
Ensure the functionality of the studios;
Respect and maintain the game standards imposed by the company;
Acknowledge the table calls and solving them so that the game can be resumed as soon as possible;
Report and log incidents and mistakes;
Assist in the process of closing and opening tables;
Up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies.

Requirements:

Work experience: at least 2 years experience as a Croupier in the Live/Online Casino Industry.
Proven track record in a supervisory or management role within the casino sector.
In-depth knowledge of live casino games and gaming operations.
Technical background or familiarity with gaming systems (preferred).
A degree from a recognized university (preferred).
Fluent in Romanian and English, both written and spoken; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
Patience, understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills when working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in PC use, including Microsoft Office Suite.
