Our most successful Event Management Secretary is someone who has:

Fluent English
Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
Excellent communication (verbal, written) and meeting skills
Open to learning and developing;
Excellent organizational skills and time management.
Great problem solving skills;
Hospitable, team player, capable to deal with competing demands, or multiple tasks, and to work under pressure and tight deadlines

As Event Management Secretary, you will:

Acts as professional administrative support for the entire Events department;
Manages the office supplies, using appropriate offer requirements, following standard procedures;
Attends regular operational meetings taking minutes and preparing all materials in due time;
Acts as a link between operational departments, being responsible for proper and timely communication;
Coordinates with Event Managers for assigned projects; plans and details the internal events.
