We are entering a period of growth and therefore are looking for a company executive assistant to playing a pivitol part in assisting with the growth of the company.
The role
The Role will primarily to be to assist the managing director with the Growth of the company and day to day administration matters such as:
· Exploring growth opportunities in new markets
· HR related administration
· Accountancy Representation
· Exploring business administration procedures in new markets – Setting up branch in Switzerland / Romania / Holland
· Marketing – content plan administration
· Administration of some personal affairs
· Organising company accomodation
Objectives of this role
· To support the owner with administrative affairs so he is able to focus on company growth
· Help with engaging and hiring of key personnel
· Support with branding of key documents
· Assistance with European operations
Capabilities:
· English Language written and spokem
· Good use of Microsoft word & Excel
· Use of Powerpoint
· Use of Canva – presentation documents
· Creative
· Able to work alone
· Have good communication skills when dealing with clients
