Description

• Maintain and organize facility records to ensure compliance with company standards
• Support development and communication of policies and procedures for facility management
• Advise stakeholders on compliant facilities management practices
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors for upkeep of building functions (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Security, Cleaning)
• Assist the Facilities Manager with installation and repair projects
• Ensure proper functioning of all building services and promptly address issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Teams, MS Office, Windows)
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Experience in a similar role preferred

• Knowledge of building systems and facility management software
• Basic project management skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
