• Strong understanding of responsible gambling practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Game Monitoring:

• Physically monitor the live games and rounds at casino tables, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with company regulations.
• Identify and report game presenter (GP) errors and hidden mistakes to maintain the integrity of gameplay.
• Oversee staff behaviour and smooth staff rotations at the studio tables ensuring an expedite process.

Staff Supervision:

• Physically monitor the work and behaviour of shufflers both in the studio and the shuffler's room, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensure game presenters, game show hosts, and shufflers adhere to appearance standards and uphold the company's professional code of conduct.
• Report any violations of internal disciplinary rules or work ethics to the Shift Manager.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Collaborate with Shift Managers and Pit Bosses to promptly resolve staff issues and operational challenges.
• Work closely with Team Managers to ensure staff compliance with ethical standards and assist in disciplinary actions if needed.
• Coordinate shuffler operations, ensuring seamless performance and adherence to protocols.

Equipment and Environment Oversight:

• Physically check game tables, decorative attributes, and equipment regularly to ensure they are in proper working order and meet operational standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities to the appropriate department for immediate resolution.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Report any gameplay violations, staff misconduct, or technical issues to the Pitboss or Shift Manager for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal disciplinary rules.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient studio environment.

Additional Duties:

• Perform tasks assigned by the Shift Manager related to the improvement of casino operations.
• Assist Pit Bosses and Shift Managers in resolving any issues within the studio, ensuring the highest standard of service.
