Uniform Distribution and Inventory Management:

• Manage the distribution of uniforms to new and existing staff, ensuring proper sizing and fit.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory, including distribution, returns, and repairs.
• Conduct regular stock checks and re-order uniforms as needed to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Handle uniform returns, repairs, and exchanges, ensuring that all items are properly maintained and stored.

Coordination with External Vendors:

• Work with external laundry and dry-cleaning services to ensure timely and proper cleaning of uniforms.
• Coordinate with suppliers for new uniform orders, alterations, and any custom requests.
• Oversee uniform quality control, ensuring all received items meet company standards.

Employee Support and Compliance:

• Assist staff with uniform-related issues, including size changes, replacements, or repairs.
• Ensure all employees adhere to uniform standards and guidelines, providing necessary documentation or guidance.
• Organize uniform fittings for new hires and conduct periodic assessments to ensure uniform compliance.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain detailed records of uniform allocations, expenses, and vendor invoices.
• Track uniform-related costs to ensure alignment with the department's budget.

Health and Safety:

• Ensure that all uniforms meet health, safety, and hygiene standards required for the work environment.
• Implement proper storage and handling practices to maintain uniform cleanliness and longevity.
