We are a global company seeking enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. This is a full-time on-site position, and we are looking for candidates who are either already located in Bucharest or are willing to relocate.
Position: French Customer Support Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service-related information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up communications.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be located in Bucharest or willing to relocate to Bucharest (this is not a remote position).
