- Your main responsibility will be to provide product and service information to customers in order to insure timely delivery and excellent customer ex
- On a daily basis you will receive, verify, and process monthly, all the invoices and annexes, according to procedures and contracts concluded with the customers and/or collaborators.
- Responsibilities include input data and information into the system regarding invoices and responses from customers, and process changes or corrections when requested.
- Analyse complaints and requests from customers and propose solutions; Request approvals, when necessary, for implement corrections and changes; Communicate solutions and feedback to the customer.
- Supporting with administrative issues (e.g., services such as cylinder management, web store, credit note procedures, visit preparation), collaboration, support, and management of the field sales force regarding the implementation of sales and marketing targets (e.g., pricing policy, contribution margin, collection management, payment target).
- Part of your role will also be to intake orders for cylinders/other containers, process them in a customer-oriented and efficient manner or forward them to specialist departments and bring about a solution for questions of the customer.
What makes you great
- You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2-C) and medium level of English language
- Further, good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) is required in this role
- Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
- You have customer support / customer service experience
- Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
