Function Performance Test Engineer (Testing focus)

What you can expect
- Understand and use HIL and vehicle testing environment
- Prepare HW and SW setup for the HIL bench
- Prepare HW and SW setup for Test Vehicles
- Perform Data Collection in vehicle
- Perform Feature testing in vehicle
- Perform HIL testing on the product level
- Review system level requirements from the testing perspective
- Create test cases based on the requirements related to Feature requirements considering also applicable standards (e.g. GSR, NCAP)
- Implements automated tests scenarios using dedicated scripting languages
- Documenting and manage issues found during test runs
- Ensure traceability and consistency between feature requirements and test cases
- Ensure feature integration and troubleshooting
- Generate test reports/ KPIs (support)
- On site/ In vehicle work environment
- At least 3 years of Driver License (cat. B) is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with test equipment (Development Boards, Power Supply, flashing tools)
- Basic knowledge about test setups and interfaces (HIL, vehicle)
- Good understanding of automotive communication protocols: CAN, SPI, Eth, UDP
- CAN related and Vector tools experience (CANalyzer, CANoe
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to find solutions to optimize testing effort
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
- Self-driven and proactive working style
- Willingness to travel (data collection sessions in Romania and abroad)
