- Manage the planning of the ranges (mounts in press, modification of tools and products, typing of batches) in collaboration with the supplier(s) and the Project Manager
- Ensure the conformity of the process (validated fundamentals, conformity with the standard, operation of the tools, lifting of reservations)
- Perform 3D analysis and metrology measurements using Poly Works and Metrolog to ensure precision and quality compliance
- Pilot action plans to achieve quality objectives (appearance and geometry) and industrial performance objectives
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings with the project and the plant
- Guarantee the documentary component (availability and updating of project documents). Conduct analysis and expertise to solve quality problems.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an engineer in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of 3D analysis and metrology, using Poly Works and Metrolog for precision measurements and quality compliance
- In-depth understanding of the automotive sector
- Familiarity with assembly trade standards, including fitting, screwing, and riveting
- Good knowledge of CATIA
