  10 years of experience in the area

  fluency in Romanian and English

  7 years in the construction sector, including 3 years in hospital construction projects

  Working knowledge of the Romanian legislation in relation to the elaboration stages and framework content of the technical-economic documentation related to the investment objectives/projects financed from public funds

• 
  Specific procurement experience in preparing Employer’s Requirements/Technical Specifications for design and build contracts for at least 1 construction/rehabilitation project
