Projet :

PASSA procurement advisory support for health sector in Romania

A 4-year project: advisory services to the European Investment Bank in Romania and to Romanian Government.

As the agreements between EIB and Government of Romania progress, there will be a need for specific expertise in projects focussing on health infrastructure/hospital building and more specifically on the procurement aspect of these projects

We need to identify a team of experts who can be mobilised for short term assignments/missions.


QUALIFICATION

We are looking for experts specialised in one or several of the following areas:

  • Scheduling
  • Cost estimating
  • Insurance
  • Legal

  • 10 years of experience in the area

  • fluency in Romanian and English

  • Experience in analysis/management of contractual claims for min 3 projects

  • Experience with FIDIC and/or Government Decision n° 1/2018 conditions of contract

  • Public procurement experience in at least 1 construction project

  • Working knowledge (demonstrated by relevant projects and deliverables) of the Romanian Civil Procedure Code
