Projet :

PASSA procurement advisory support for health sector in Romania

For a potential contract with the European Investment Bank in Romania, focussing in advisory services to the EIB and the Ministry of Health regarding construction/rehabilitation of health infrastructure.

During this 4-year contract, we will receive requests from EIB to mobilise short term experts to provide support regarding public procurement.

We are looking for a Project Director, based in Bucharest, in our Romanian Partner's office, to supervice this contract and other contracts currently on-going in Romania.


QUALIFICATION

Role: The Project Director shall oversee the management and administration of the contract.

Profile:

  • Education: Master's level
  • Based in Bucharest
  • Fluency in Romanian and English
  • Specific experience in overseeing the management and administration of at least 3 projects of similar nature.


(similar nature: projects focusing on construction of health infrastructure, or focusing on construction, or technical assistance projects financed by international agencies).
