We are looking for an HR Generalist (m/w/d) with responsibility for Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria & Greece , providing comprehensive HR support to the organization and management to achieve business goals.
Join the team in our sales office in Bucharest, Romania (#LI-Hybrid), to enhance business success through your expertise in HR (Human Resources). You'll manage talent, foster development, improve employee relations and engagement, ensure clear communication, and provide essential reporting.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Build strong partnerships with management and employees to foster a productive work environment
Provide efficient customer support to employees and management
Advise on and interpret HR policies and procedures
Manage the full recruitment process with support of Talent Acquisition team, onboarding, and offboarding
Coordinate performance management processes
Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and the annual salary review process
Advise on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws
Promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within Emerson's culture

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or business field, or equivalent experience
Experience in a generalist HR position providing support to management and connecting with other stakeholders
Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR database familiarity
Proficiency in Romanian and English language

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Higher education / qualifications in HR area or an MBA
Experience in international matrix type of organization
