Senior Human Resources Generalist

This role will include tasks such as new hire onboarding, contracting, , terminations, employee requests, and personnel administration.

- Administers Human Resource policies and programs, while balancing employee advocacy and business operations needs;
- Ensures compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations;
- Handles employee paperwork in accordance with local legislation;
- Provides comprehensive HR support for Suvoda employees for any questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits;
- Assists in maintaining employee records in the company's human resource information systems;
- Runs frequent audits of the HR systems to ensure that data is accurate;
- Identifies and recommends ways to improve the efficiency of the department and services performed;
- Continues growth and development in the Human Resources Industries by staying up to date on practices, laws, and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree required (human resources, organizational development, psychology, or a related field is preferred);
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience (Romanian labor law only);
- Experience working with local HR management systems (Revisal, Carisma, Smartree etc.);
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion;
- Ability and willingness to learn new things and take on new projects;
- Deep personal alignment with Suvoda values.
