HRSSC Specialist with English

A unique opportunity to join our Goodyear Team at an exciting time of consolidating HR processes and building a new HR Operations team!
Main Duties And Responsibilities:
- Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates.
- Maintain Personal files in line with specific country legal requirements
- Guide HRSSC and HRBPs Admin subjects & train new team members to become fully operational
Requirements:
Education & Experience
The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and previous experience within HR.
Languages:
- Very good English (minimum B2 level)
- Very good Spanish (minimum B2 level)
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have:
- Medium-Advanced Excel Skills – (functions, filters, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Very organized
- Agility, resilience, resistance to ambiguity
- Proactivity
- Strong customer service orientation, problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Previous experience as SME, Quality Specialist/Analyst, previous exposure in transitions
