Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SQA Engineer to join our dynamic team
Key description: SQA Engineer, is playing a crucial role in Quality Department.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:

• Contact suppliers, and also with most of the internal departments in order to assure that it is respected quality standards, and can be used further and delivered to our customers.
• Coordination of the incoming goods inspection; develop and implement the inspection plans and inspection procedures for the new projects.
• Responsible for opening and processing complaints and analyzing / reports closing time for complaints.
• Conduct regular supplier audits to assess compliance with our quality standards (I WAY, IS
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to drive improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new suppliers.
• Participate in supplier selection and evaluation processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in supplier management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven or strong experience as a SQA Engineer or similar role
• Experience in quality system audits to suppliers.
• Certified auditor (ISis a plus or other standards).
• Strong knowledge of quality systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (8D reports, core tools; P-FEMA, Control plan, PPAP, APQP)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• English- medium level.
