- optical character recognition software which extracts data from scanned documents that DB receives from its customers(opening/closing bank accounts, loans etc)
- We are using a tool called Smart FIX provided by a german vendor, Insiders Technologies.
- Smart FIX is using a proprietary programming language called SPL. We also frequently use Powershell, cmd line, SQL, networking etc. We have a new project using Google doc AI solutions.
- Volumes: 8 million pages processed per month
- We are working in an international team, with people based both in Germany and Romania. We have an L2 support team based in India.
- We have development and testing team and also BUS operators based in Germany and we also an AM team and another developer in Bucharest.
