Position Summary

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity, desire to ensure the development, communication and efficient building of our strong brands which will delight target consumers and generate strong business results, strengthening our Nestle Helath Science (NHS) team in Romania, on the position of Jr. Brand Manager.

A day in the life of a Jr. Brand Manager:

• Contributes to developement of the brand strategy and implements the agreed strategy helps defining the vision of Brand, the objectives and strategies and the business direction
• Execution of local marketing plans for all channels; Monitoring market trends, market dynamics, HCP and consumers insights with focus on analyzing product performance and competitiors
• Brand Portfolio Management. Coordination of agencies, briefing and developing brand campaigns and their execution.
• Ensure brand labelling procedures according with local regulations (after prior approval with local RSA)
• Ensure implementation of digital plans and proper measurement set-up.
• Budget management keeping spending according to given allocations and defined process.
• Develops and implement in cooperation with functional teams suitable communication tools including education/trainings to HCPs, customers/consumers to support NHS and brand awareness development
• Follows the performance indicators of the category, including market coverage, volume, value, penetration / impact level, awareness of the brand and analyzes potential risks and growth opportunities.
• Is part of the Implementation of the consumer advertising (advertising, packaging, POSM, PR) according to Category and Brand strategy.
• Track pre and post evaluation of promotions and apply all results to future Brand development plans.
• Checks and gives input to all artistic products and gives "good print" to the projects of which it is responsible, after prior approval with line-manager
• Communicates effectively with Generating Demand, Support departments, Factories, Agencies in relation to all Brand initiatives.
• Monitor the prices of the products and products of the competition and signal changes and propose actions in line with the Brand's objectives.
• Participate activelly in developing and management of all promotional campaigns national wide including all pre- and post-evaluations and apply their results to future brand plans
• Maintains the relationship with other Nestle divisions or markets if the case (for common brands) to ensure brand and category strategy development
• Deliver brand performance review and activities requested by Marketing Manager NHS.
• Administers in time and correctelly the PR PO process
• Ensure compliance with WHO Code in all activities – The employee is aware of the requirements and ensures full compliance with the provisions stated in the WHO Code and Nestle policy of Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes

What will make you successful

• University degree
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing
• Basic knowledge about the use of marketing tools and branding / branding techniques for results (communications, promotions, market research)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical skills and operational marketing skills
• Online communication & knowledge of Project Management
• Fluent English
