What you will do in this role
As a Junior Technical Support Agent on our team, you will:

• Maintain client relationships through product support

• Respond to client's inquiries via all available channels

• Effectively manage all incoming incidents in a customer service environment

• Gather information from customers to troubleshoot technical and account issues

Your qualifications
